Commitment Ceremony
A Commitment Ceremony is for couples, who for legal or other personal reasons are unable to marry. Sometimes my couples feel their but their love for each other is strong enough so they wish to make a public commitment to each other, in the presence of their family and friends.
A commitment ceremony is very similar to a wedding ceremony only rather than being a legally binding ceremony, it is simply a public affirmation of a couple’s commitment to one another. Couples who were married overseas often choose this type of ceremony, so they can re-celebrate their union in front of their family and friends who were unable to join them for their wedding.
Couples who have found their soul mate, the person you wish to grow old with but don’t wish to be legally married or are unable to be legally married finds that this ceremony meets their needs and multicultural traditions and values and beliefs can also be incorporated into this type of ceremony.
It may contain many aspects of a wedding ceremony – most of these ceremonies contain the following elements: Introduction, Readings, Vows, Poems, The Giving of Rings and a Declaration.

Certificate of Commitment
A Certificate of Commitment is given to the couple at the conclusion of the ceremony. It makes a lovely keepsake to mark this special occasion.
